Sales Executive

We are seeking a motivated, well organized, outgoing person to assist our established team in both maximizing business from existing clients as well as expand into new markets.

Skills required
• Excellent selling and communication skill
• Highly motivated with a proven track record in sales
• Relationship management skills – able to maintain a positive business relationships to ensure future sales
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office
• Familiarity with CRM practices along with ability to build productive business professional relationships

Candidate must have minimum 3 years’ experience in B2B and B2C sales, be willing to travel throughout the year, be Fluent in English – written and spoken (other languages such as French, Spanish and Russian are beneficial),

Immediate start preferable therefore candidates must already be living in or around Monaco.

PR Intern

PR Internship formation will include;
• Assist with the many facets of PR, media and communications for the upcoming events
• Social media management for campaigns and activities
• Content writing and posting
• Industry research

Sales Internship formation will include;

Production Intern

Production Internship formation will include;
• Assisting with the creation of floor plans
• Coordinate logistics for storage (rent, insurance)
• Agreeing to and managing budgets
• Control and ensure payment of all invoices received and filing
• Prepare and manage documents to track global cost and staff
• Sourcing and assisting with negotiations with new suppliers
• Logistics and coordination of all technical aspects (light, sound, staging)
• Logistics and coordination of all interior and exterior set up (carpentry, lining, carpet, tent furniture, decoration…)
• Coordination printing and installation of Branding
• Create and update production plans
• Create and update inventories of all items belonging to AL

Fashion Intern

Fashion Internship formation will include;
• Assist the Main Fashion coordinator in all logistics and operations leading to the production of the Fashion show in Monaco and Singapore
• Assist with the organization of both a live and silent auction,
• Manage and coordinate on site production,
• Manage staff and control timings,
• Liaise with the suppliers and negotiate with them when required,

Sponsorship Intern

Production Internship formation will include;
• Assisting with various tasks related to Luxury event organisation and sponsorship acquisition: sourcing new sponsor leads and following through – requires googling the net, reading business news, market research etc
• Preparing proposals for potential sponsorships
• Assisting sponsorship manager with negotiations, creation of contracts
• Preparing reports including: Images, Summary of benefits, PR & press report (together with Amber Lounge PR person)
• Follow up for feedback
• Assisting with choosing and arranging sponsor photos after event
• Assisting any other tasks related to sponsorship or sometimes event production as needed (such as logistics, travel arrangements, mail outs etc)
